Originally this was from a bit of random dialog involving the necessity of speaking with proper capitalization when referring to certain things, but as it turns out, there’s only one thing you can say to an Inevitable Certainty Engine.
But what happens when the Inevitable Certainty Engine meets the Universal Uncertainty Principle?
There’s a reason it’s not called the Evitable Certainty Engine.
Then you are certain to have explosions. Inevitably.
But joking aside, you can’t. The same consistency principle that prevents you from creating paradoxes by time travel would prevent you from building conflicting Inevitable Certainty Engines.
Methinks actually using the machine is probably an exercise in frustration and settling for what you got, not what you wanted.
